New Accounts
CMS Dealer Services has a dedicated data entry department. We accept new account information 24 hours a day via fax, MASlink, E-Access and telephone.

Account Maintenance
We can accept changes from your customers, however, many dealers prefer to make these changes. You have the option.

Account Review
All new accounts and account changes are reviewed by our Dealer Services staff.

Tech Support
From 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday we provide tech support in testing panels, troubleshooting and communication formats.

Billing Services
We provide direct billing services. Subscribers are invoiced in your company name on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis – your choice. At the end of each month we provide you with an A/R Ledger and a reconciled bank statement.

Research
Dealer inquiries are investigated thoroughly to ensure quality control. We rely on our phone recorder, event activity, caller ID tracker and auto dialer reports to recreate events to determine how a situation was handled.

Reports
All reports are available via fax and E-Access, and they can be customized using E-Access to filter out unnecessary activity, i.e. restorals.

Report Types

  • Database
    Short print is a list of your subscribers. A full report includes full address, police and fire agency phone numbers, zone descriptions, contact lists and account instructions.


  • History
    A complete detailed report of all alarm activity and our responses. All signals and operator actions are date and time stamped by our automation system.


  • Open/Close
    This report includes all opens/closes and can be customized on E-Access to include or exclude other alarm activity. Reports by user are also available if the panel supports user codes.
