Video system combines both alarm and video monitoring into a single
network using a common switched telephone line.
Here's
how it works: Using a standard black and white camera,
the Downlook panel sends a series of snapshot images to the CMS
Central Station. The images are then used by the dispatch operator
to provide real-time information to assist the responding emergency
agencies.
