    Interactive dashboards allow dealers to view activity in real time, filter by alarm type (i.e. burglar, fire, panic, etc.), and review adds and cancels on Google Maps.

    All data changes are made in real time, including new accounts. The Archive Review Table allows access to see who made changes to data, when those changes occurred and what changes were made.

    Easily access a variety of reports and view multiple locations simultaneously in one browser session. Dashboard tools help reduce attrition and manage operator handled alarms. Administrators can manage access and customize security levels for users.

CMS Compass is the most robust central station monitoring dealer tool available.

Its flexibility and real-time navigation saves a tremendous amount of time for my support staff and technicians. The CMS Compass alarm buffer is displayed in our offices on large wall-mounted monitors. We use this tool to proactively locate accounts with trouble conditions, active alarms and dispatches.

The CMS Compass search tool is the most advanced of any central station. You can globally search with partial name, address, account number, phone number or contact data. In just seconds you are able to search your entire account database. From any device—desktop, tablet or phone—CMS Compass is an invaluable tool for my entire staff.
